During Covid Sofia Rocco of Credible Strength pivoted away from a degree in Scientific research to focus on work building people up as a personal trainer, a calling she could not ignore.
While her in-person leads had been steady, she was not getting many through her website, which she originally designed herself. We realized there were some things we could do to help build up her brand and make her a website that functioned as a tool, not just a collection of information.
Clarifying her differentiator was first. She leads with a “No Shame Approach.” We know this is a big concern for people new to strength training. We lead with this as a way to stand out in a very busy market. We paired this strategy with a more cohesive visual brand and new copywriting that clearly addressed the anxiety prospective customers have before signing up to create a new brand and site that sets her up to grow.

Instead of using her website as a brochure, we started using it as a tool. By clearly defining what she wanted visitors to do while they were there, (book a call) we were able to design the site to guide visitors along that journey and turn more into leads.
We clarified and simplified Sofia’s core offerings into easy to understand packages and created a clear call to action which drives visitors to book a call. This personal approach allows her to answer questions on a call and removes the long contact form, which was a barrier to generating new leads from her website. We are excited to see where she takes things with the new brand and site.
